MSB is a boutique commercial law firm founded more than fifteen years ago by three attorneys, Jean-Luc Menu, Caroline Semeria and Florent Broc, who previously worked together for many years at one of the largest commercial and tax law firms in France. They were since joined by Romain Gilard has added to the firm's expertise in the field of asset taxation.
Specialized mainly in the practice areas of tax and commercial law, with their solid grounding in financing and investment, the partners have developed, in close collaboration with their clients, a cross-disciplinary and proactive approach to their files.
