Florent Broc, founding partner and member of the Paris Bar, is specialized in individual tax law and tax-planning as well as asset and corporate structuring in France and abroad.

Mr. Broc and his team have developed a strong reputation for complex tax structuring advice and operations, family business governance, transmission of professional assets and the creation of management packages. Their expertise is reinforced by a cross-border practice involving the use of legal and tax tools offered by the European Union.

 

For over ten years, Mr. Broc has advised shareholder families of large industrial groups, midsize high-growth companies, investment funds and financial institutions in the optimization of their management packages.

He began his career in individual tax in 2004 at Landwell & Associés, later continuing his practice in the large corporations department of France’s biggest law firm, Fidal Paris.

 

With degrees in business law from the University of Paris XI-Sceaux and tax law from the University of Paris I-Sorbonne, Mr. Broc’s professional affiliations include the Fondation Nationale de Droit du Patrimoine and the Institut des Avocats et Conseils Fiscaux (IACF). He is a former lecturer in tax law at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
