Romain Gilard, partner and member of the Paris Bar, practices tax law and provides tax-planning advice. His clients include corporate executives, family-held groups, LBO managers and management companies whom he assists them in the legal and tax structuring of their personal and professional assets, both in France and abroad.

Romain GILARD also advises family shareholders in the context of group transfer and restructuring operations, both on legal and tax aspects.

With a tax degree from the University of Rennes I, Mr. Gilard worked as a wealth and tax advisor for a private bank from 2010 to 2015.
