FEES​

“An Attorney shall inform his client, from the time he is engaged and regularly thereafter, of the methods used to establish his fees and any foreseeable changes in their amount. As appropriate, this information shall be contained in the fee agreement.”

Our fees at MSB are set in accordance with the detailed criteria provided in Article 11.2 of the Rules and Regulations of the Paris Bar.

 

All fees shall be stated in a preliminary proposal relative to the matter at hand (invoicing for time spent, flat fee or success fee).

 

In accordance with legal requirements, funds received on a client’s behalf by the firm pass through a designated account (CARPA) of the Paris Bar.
