Thimotée CHANTEREAU, associate and member of the Paris Bar, practices law in the Corporate Tax department.
He advises clients in transactional tax operations (mergers and acquisitions, private equity, restructuring), corporate taxation (VAT, local taxation), and in taxation of executives, both in France and abroad. He also represents and assists clients during tax audits and tax litigation.
He graduated with a Master's degree in Business and Tax Law from University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Before joining MSB in 2016, Thimotée CHANTEREAU practiced law with ARSENE TAXAND law firm as a tax Associate.
