Charles-Philippe Letellier, partner, is a member of the Paris and New York Bars. His areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and capital markets, venture capital and development capital operations. His role includes:

  • Advising investment funds, listed and unlisted French and foreign companies and entrepreneurs in all sorts of merger and acquisition transactions, including company acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, and stock and asset transactions; and

  • Advising entrepreneurs and investment funds in venture financing transactions; and

  • Advising large groups and start-ups in matters of corporate governance.


He has advised start-ups at the Sciences-Po incubator since its creation in 2008.


Prior to joining MSB, Mr. Letellier practiced law at Linklaters (2005/2006) and Debevoise & Plimpton (2006-2015).


He holds a degree in private law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2002), and an LLM from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, DC (2004). He is also a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (2005). He currently teaches a course at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (“Practical Aspects of Commercial Contracts”) focused on mergers and acquisitions and venture capital.


He is a member of the Association Nationale des Sociétés par Actions (ANSA).
