Alexis ARDISSON is a member of the Paris Bar and is specialized in corporate law (mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, venture capital and development capital) as well as civil and commercial law (advice and litigation).

He advises French and foreign companies, both listed and unlisted, as well as entrepreneurs, in connection with various types of transactions: acquisition or sale of companies, fund raising, contribution of securities, sale of business assets, etc.

Alexis ARDISSON holds a Master 2 degree in business law from Paris X Nanterre and a degree in Italian law from the University of Bologna (Italy).
